Our next members meeting is scheduled for 13th October. It will take place at 6.30pm at the usual venue which is the Quaker Meeting House in School Lane ( near Central Station in Liverpool). You will find further information on the NRLA website and you need to register there if you plan to attend. Full details are not yet finalised but there will be information and discussion on the selective licensing scheme in Liverpool and the HMO regulations currently in force. Representatives from Liverpool City Council will be present and we have invited councillors. There will also be central government representation in the form of civil servants and we anticipate an interesting debate on the recently announced government proposals to make radical changes to legislation affecting the PRS. If time permits, there may also be a presentation on Capital Gains Tax.
